For over thirty years I was a long haul trucker, and I passed through every major village in the continental United States, however had I taken an office job, or worked at a store, I never would have been able to travel and see so several lovely sights, but i am glad that I chose my trucking career, but now I’m just as glad to retire.
I decided to settle down and spend my golden years in the prettiest village of them all – San Francisco, California.
The cityscape is iconic, the tunes eternal, and the people relaxed and carefree! Out of every locale I ever visited, San Francisco was my favorite of them all. I joined a group of other potential San Francisco condo shoppers, and my buddy and I pooled our currency to buy a piece of house instead of a house… San Francisco real estate is at an all-time high these afternoons, so to get the most for our currency my buddy and I all needed to think big; What helped accelerate the process was that my buddy and I were all currency homeshoppers, meaning that my buddy and I could buy a house outright and not finance it through a bank, however cash homeshoppers can close on houses abruptly, skip over a lot of the excess paperwork, and in general are a dream for real estate agents. Some San Francisco real estate brokerages will even supply a discount to currency homeshoppers, because it saves them so much time and effort. With my group of San Francisco real estate investors, I was able to find an amazing beachside house and still come in under budget.
