This is certainly a challenge

This is certainly a challenge

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found it more and more hard to keep up with the service of my home.

I have concerns with arthritis in my hands.

I have pain in my hips and legs. It’s a challenge for me to get up and down the stairs. I used to love mowing the lawn, pulling weeds and trimming the shrubs. Cleaning out the gutters, washington windows and vacuuming used to give me a sense of accomplishment. These tasks gradually have turned into a burden. I worry about hurting myself however I also can’t tolerate the deterioration of my property. I’ve decided to sell my house in Jacksonville for currency. I can’t bear the thought of an open-house. I don’t want a bunch of people walking through my home, making comments. I don’t want to deal with finding a realtor and listing the property. I’m sure that any type of financing for a buyer would require various replacements and repairs. The reason I’m selling the apartment is because I’m not up to those types of projects. I’ve done some research, and the process of selling an apartment for currency seems quick and stress-free. I start by providing some information by way of an online form. Once I submit the form, I can expect a response within an hour. The currency buyer will provide an offer. There is no haggling or negotiating. There are no contingencies based on the results of an inspection. I either accept or refuse the offer. If I accept, the closing will be completed in approximately ten days. I’ll be able to walk away from the apartment with currency in hand that abruptly.
